Licensed Real Estate Broker - 2023
Earned my NC Real Estate License after completing coursework and passing the state exam. This certification equipped me with technical skills in contracts, property law, and transactional procedures.
Intern - 2024
Student Relations Chair - 2024
Led engagement efforts and built student-industry connections as part of the UREC executive board. Organized speaker events, networking panels, and community-building initiatives to support student success in CRE.
Project Management/Brokerage Intern - 2024
Partnered with Quarterra Group to pitch a multifamily development project in Charlotte, NC. Developed an investment strategy using pro forma modeling, demographic analysis, and storytelling to present to industry professionals.
Worked in CBRE’s Manhattan office supporting both the project management and brokerage teams. Assisted with site visits, property inspections, and lease documentation while contributing to ongoing asset operations and tenant coordination.
Milton Cooper Trailblazer in Real Estate Award - 2025
Selected as one of the top emerging talents in retail real estate nationwide. Received a $10,000 scholarship and attended ICSC Las Vegas, participating in panels and networking events with industry executives.
Client Solutions Intern - 2025
Selected for the Corporate & Investment Bank Summer Analyst Program, working within the Client Solutions Group. Will support strategic initiatives across investor services, helping deliver customized solutions to institutional clients through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a rising senior at UNC Chapel Hill majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Media and Journalism, currently recruiting for full-time roles in commercial real estate. I’m excited to continue growing in this field and to contribute meaningfully to a firm that values both performance and purpose.
